depressive episodes or symptoms or symptoms of (mixed episodes) in witch features of both Mania or Depression are at the same time
these episodes are usually separated by periods of normal mood but in some individuals Depression and Mania may rapidly alternate
known as (rapid cycling ). Extreme Manic episodes can sometimes lead to psychotic symptoms such as delusion or hallucinations. This
disorder has been sub divided into ( Bipolar1)(,Bipolar Two), Cyclothymania and other types based on the nature and severity of mood
episodes experienced. The range is often described as the Bipolar spectrum.

varies but indicated a rate of about 1 percent for Bipolar one 0.5 percent to 1percent for Bipolar two or Cyclothymia and two percent
for of patient cases meeting some but not all the criteria.
Onset of full symptoms generally occurs in late adolescence or early
